Only our earring pendants can be returned. The return period is 14 days.
For return shipping of our earring pendants, simply email us at: [email protected]. Please include the corresponding order number so that we can organize the return shipping.
The customer must bear the cost of the return shipment itself.
Gentle handling
Gold is a soft precious metal and our earrings are very delicate, so you should handle them with care.
In case of difficulties with the clasp, we recommend that you have the earrings changed by an experienced piercer.
Earrings dimensions
To ensure that the earring fits, the diameter of the ear hole, the inner diameter of the Huggies, as well as the length of the Stud are important to note. In the article description you will find all the exact dimensions of our earrings.
With the help of the wearing photos you can also get an accurate impression of how the earrings look when worn.
Measure inner diameter
Every ear has a different size and shape, so it is very important to choose the right inner diameter, especially for our mini Huggies . It is best to measure your ear before ordering to find out the right inner diameter. For this you can easily measure the number of millimeters between the ear hole and the outermost point of the ear with the help of a tape measure. Depending on how tight you want your Huggie to fit your earlobe, you can optionally add a few more millimeters.
Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for Huggies and stud earrings that do not fit the intended ear hole. Each customer is responsible to check if the earring fits into the intended ear hole.
