Customs duties and import taxes
All orders are shipped from Austria.
Within the EU there are no import taxes or customs duties.
For orders to Switzerland, USA and UK we cover all customs duties and taxes!
For all other countries, import sales taxes and customs duties may apply. These are not covered by us. Please check with the regional authorities in your country about the amount of additional costs before ordering.
Undeliverable packages
If you refuse to accept the package or fail to pick up the package from the parcel station in time, the package will be returned to us and the costs incurred will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If you have entered the wrong delivery address in the check out, the package will be returned to us and we will deduct the resulting costs from the amount to be refunded. In case of a second failed delivery attempt, the delivery costs are to be paid by the customer.
