We hope you love your Lisa Eleni jewelry, but we understand if you are not satisfied with your order for various reasons. If you wish to return a piece of jewelry from your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods under the following conditions.
1. authorization to return
Only unworn items that show no signs of use and are in their original condition may be returned.
2. return procedure
We recommend sending the parcel insured and with tracking so that your return is protected in the event of loss. The costs incurred for the return shipment must be borne by the customer. We accept no liability for lost return parcels or damage.
