1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options

By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Return shipping

The return period is 14 days and begins upon receipt of the goods. Only unworn items that show no signs of wear and are in their original condition may be returned. Returns of worn or tried-on earrings are not accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We assume no liability for lost or damaged return packages.

During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.

PayPal

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the shop, we will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

The payment transaction will be processed automatically by PayPal immediately afterward. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the availability of these methods; additional individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. Sofort by Klarna

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, verify your identity, and confirm the payment order. Google Pay

To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay feature, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment order. Electronic Payment Standard (EPS)

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, Handelskai 92, Gate 2, 1200 Vienna, Austria, in cooperation with the Austrian banks ("Electronic Payment Standard (EPS)"), you must have a bank account with an Austrian credit institution activated for online banking, provide appropriate identification, and confirm the payment order. Apple Pay

To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay feature, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Installment purchase via Klarna

You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum installment is €6.95.

Payment in installments

Installment Purchase: In collaboration with the online service provider Mollie BV, we offer you the option of installment purchase. This is subject to a successful address and credit check. Payment processing is subject to Mollie BV's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, in addition to our Terms and Conditions. Shop Pay

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

9. Liability

For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, limb, or health, in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, in the event of a guarantee promise, as agreed, or insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act applies.
