You would like a different size or another piece of jewellery. The return label for the exchange is free of charge.
Returns and Exchanges
We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you. For orders delivered to Austria or Germany, we provide a free return label for an exchange or partial return. Only if you return your complete order and keep no items do you bear the return shipping costs.

You keep at least one item. The return label for the partial return is free of charge.
3. I would like to return everything
You keep no items. In this case, you bear the return shipping costs.
1. I would like to exchange an item
If you selected the wrong size or would like to exchange your item for a different size or another piece of jewellery, please email us at info@lisa-eleni.com.
Please tell us:
- your order number,
- which item you would like to exchange,
- which size or item you would like instead.
We will provide a free return label for the exchange.
Please note: The price may vary depending on the size or item. If the new item is more expensive, we will charge you the difference before dispatch. If it is less expensive, we will refund the corresponding difference.
2. I would like to return part of my order
If you ordered several items and keep at least one, we will provide a free return label for the remaining items.
Please email us at info@lisa-eleni.com and tell us:
- your order number,
- which items you would like to keep,
- which items you would like to return.
We will then send you your free return label.
3. I would like to return my complete order
If you return your complete order and keep no items, you bear the return shipping costs yourself.
You have two options:
Option A: Return label from us
We provide a return label. In this case, we deduct €10 from the amount to be refunded.
Option B: Arrange the return yourself
You may also return the parcel yourself with sufficient postage. Afterwards, please email the tracking number to info@lisa-eleni.com.
