Lisa Eleni 14-day return policy

We hope you love your Lisa Eleni jewelry, but we understand if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason. If you would like to return a piece of jewelry from your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods under the following conditions.

1. Right to return

Only unworn items that show no signs of wear and are in their original condition may be returned.

2. Return process

We recommend sending the package insured and with tracking to protect your return in case of loss. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We assume no liability for lost or damaged return packages.
