Right of Withdrawal
Consumers with a delivery address within the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. Where multiple goods ordered as part of a single order are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or post:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur separate fees.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Return shipping costs
Austria and Germany: For an exchange or partial return where at least one item is retained, we provide a free return label. If you return the complete order, you bear the return shipping costs. If you use our label, we deduct €10 from the refund; alternatively, you may send the return independently with sufficient postage.
Other EU/EEA countries: For delivery addresses within the EU/EEA but outside Austria and Germany, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a free return label.
Outside the EU/EEA: We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges. Mandatory statutory rights, including warranty rights, remain unaffected.
Diminished value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where it results from handling beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
