Returns and exchanges in Austria and Germany
For orders delivered to Austria or Germany, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Free exchange
If you ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange your item for another size or a different piece of jewellery, we provide a free return label. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Free partial return
If you keep at least one item from your order and return only part of it, we provide a free return label for the partial return.
Complete-order return
If you return your complete order and keep no items, you bear the return shipping costs. You may use our return label, in which case we deduct €10 from the refund. Alternatively, you may send the return independently with sufficient postage.
Returns from EU/EEA countries outside Austria and Germany
For orders delivered within the EU/EEA but outside Austria and Germany, a return is possible within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a free return label for these countries.
Please arrange the return yourself, use sufficient postage and tracking where possible. An exchange is possible by prior arrangement; any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Orders outside the EU/EEA
For orders delivered outside the EU/EEA, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges. Mandatory statutory rights, including warranty rights, remain unaffected.

Important information before submitting
Please return jewellery unworn, undamaged, complete and securely packaged wherever possible.
Please do not insert or wear earrings, studs, hoops or piercings if you intend to return them. Check the size, shape and appearance using the product images and measurements or by holding the jewellery externally against the intended position.
After receiving the return, we inspect the condition of the goods. If an item has been used beyond ordinary inspection, an amount reflecting diminished value may be deducted. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Inspection of the return
After receiving the return, we inspect the condition of the goods. If an item has been worn, inserted, damaged or used beyond ordinary inspection, an amount reflecting diminished value may be deducted. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
