The ring of the Tear Drop charm is made of 14K white gold, and the drop is made of a cubic zirconia crystal. Due to the high gold content, our jewelry is hypoallergenic, waterproof, and nickel-free. The charm has a ring size of 'large,' meaning the ring diameter is 2.5mm
